My ethic: during interventions such as negotiation, mediation, facilitation, coaching or training, I try to understand the expectations and needs, interests of men and / or women in conflict, regardless of their origin, taking into account their cultural diversity, without judging them and always rigorously in the intervention process.
I have worked in private or public companies, in management and human resources departments in France and other countries (United Kingdom, Switzerland), then as a lawyer at the Paris and Brussels Bars in real estate law, patrimonial law and private international law.
Certified by the Federal Mediation Commission in Belgium in civil, commercial, family and social matters since more than 13 years and convinced of the relevance of this mediation process for organisations, I now act in the field of prevention (training, accompaniment) and interpersonal or group’s conflict resolution (mediation) in the organisations.
I may also be appointed by judges after agreement of the persons and / or their counsels.
Concerning the international dimension of our association, I have the opportunity to work as a mediator in Belgium with people from different countries, abroad (Africa, Switzerland, Prague, France …) alone or with other mediators in co-intervention, in particular in the field of parental child abduction or when I am assigned by the European Commission or the Belgian Ministry of Justice or by other universitary institutes in training activities abroad for companies’ professionals, lawyers, judges, notaries, auctioneers, property experts or individuals (France, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Burkina Faso, Haiti, …). Trained in systemic analysis and family therapy, I organise supervisions for mediators or teams in companies.
Involved, I support the activity and regularly work for associations of mediators: administrator for 10 years and responsible for the two-year qualifying training of the association Trialogues in Brussels, administrator of the Association of European Mediators in Paris in charge of the European relations, co-founder of the Institute of Mediation in the French-speaking world, trainer for members of the Association of Algerian Judicial Mediators in Algiers or for IFOMENE, Institute for Negotiation and Mediation, trainings in France or of humanitarian matter, in Liège for Haiti, for Missing Children Europe as Task Manager …
